- Underground Mining career spanned 12 years. beginning in 1970, spent two years working in a Zinc mine that utilized 100 year old Square Set Timbering technology for ore recovery. Last worked as Safety Engineer in large underground Coal Mine in 1981. Member of the National Champion Mine Rescue and First Aid Team from 1979 to 1981. Held Mine Foreman certification in Colorado and Utah. Began Mainframe computer career in 1984, Marvin has 15 years of experience with Mainframe Computer Automation during his 17 years at Candle Corporation. Marvin was recently part of automation team for Candle Consulting and Services where he delivered automation solutions to Red Light customers. Outsourced in 2002, Marvin is now self employed as a silversmith.
